The Caskett relationship can be defined as that relationship that was
born to be eternal. I mean eternal for the way that they touch each
other. Even if they broke up, which of course will never happen, they
would leave one indelible mark on their heart. There is some things the
heart doesn't forget, and the way a touched the deepest of soul and
heart of another, is one of these things. Castle changed for Beckett.
And she, trying not to change for him, eventually discovering who she
really is. That is what I always felt.

I remember when I was suffering expecting them to be together. Waiting for the day when the famous and ruggedly handsome writer could break down the walls of the heart of his most extraordinary muse.
