<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisWEb3tJ-0ImO_V5LD-rHeKjjLT2EGx9gjCgIdKnc6Y65LzqtUOze6mkO62keGtKbV7ZMMisawXZJM34PEPY8L2AAsqMQtXLXZr1H9QKnBzmp5uWdJj_qyK_0r9g2Wqu1fvdHRkQfBnYE/s1600/maxresdefault.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="720" data-original-width="1280" height="180" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisWEb3tJ-0ImO_V5LD-rHeKjjLT2EGx9gjCgIdKnc6Y65LzqtUOze6mkO62keGtKbV7ZMMisawXZJM34PEPY8L2AAsqMQtXLXZr1H9QKnBzmp5uWdJj_qyK_0r9g2Wqu1fvdHRkQfBnYE/s320/maxresdefault.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxabDpVogPNsgValQUnNpvKihXvoPD0kJbmBnRBcXqZz2nKwAKm5bOMH7i0bvo_sdEHKrnvNlaUAqCa7OOPU58NuVOe2yiPP_s1xWGPlNmbUhbFxt18LsuyhLFnX_GDAOpR-dAakLtSnA/s1600/these-delicate-and-dark-obsessions-kathryn-leads-the-court-of-owls-in-a-vote.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="768" data-original-width="1366" height="179" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxabDpVogPNsgValQUnNpvKihXvoPD0kJbmBnRBcXqZz2nKwAKm5bOMH7i0bvo_sdEHKrnvNlaUAqCa7OOPU58NuVOe2yiPP_s1xWGPlNmbUhbFxt18LsuyhLFnX_GDAOpR-dAakLtSnA/s320/these-delicate-and-dark-obsessions-kathryn-leads-the-court-of-owls-in-a-vote.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgEr2wOdOeAZpHlhicangRL87jY1NA4VSkpF_g-gXIiahNxBF9ajdIjkkyAeMh6a4F_JeKEc3wjxnv1Al1iMaArOJ2Yq4k3yYFlxYiLQf0rR7jyubzMJL8UwqGqb1Z-dRRSzXZmvRjzc3Y/s1600/Gotham-Season-3-Riddler-Costume-Images.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="1600" height="160" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgEr2wOdOeAZpHlhicangRL87jY1NA4VSkpF_g-gXIiahNxBF9ajdIjkkyAeMh6a4F_JeKEc3wjxnv1Al1iMaArOJ2Yq4k3yYFlxYiLQf0rR7jyubzMJL8UwqGqb1Z-dRRSzXZmvRjzc3Y/s320/Gotham-Season-3-Riddler-Costume-Images.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Desde o piloto,
o chefe agora”. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
a falecida,  Fish Mooney. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Depois do
<i>Firefly</i>,  do universo DC. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Até então a
criar o <i>Joker</i> e agora o surgimento de<i> Firefly</i>.  <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Além disso, a
HQ’s.
<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">

<span style="font-family: inherit;">O reinado de terror provocado pelos </span><i style="font-family: inherit;">Maniax</i><span style="font-family: inherit;"> chega a seu fim em </span><i style="font-family: inherit;">The Last Laugh</i><span style="font-family: inherit;">, quando Jerome é morto. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmQ4hVkzugD0k9FUBQpOmUDogaeH8hXX-cFdo9F-ds3PbC37HBzzfIv9gfaTJNfxUn9yyI-gah1WFwUqrsWQpoyGrtF-g2K0z-SvQu2EMp40w65AMDKNMf3hNxnzRemKIwbVbTWKo8IkI/s1600/04-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmQ4hVkzugD0k9FUBQpOmUDogaeH8hXX-cFdo9F-ds3PbC37HBzzfIv9gfaTJNfxUn9yyI-gah1WFwUqrsWQpoyGrtF-g2K0z-SvQu2EMp40w65AMDKNMf3hNxnzRemKIwbVbTWKo8IkI/s1600/04-1.jpg" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">As cenas da escolha dos cadetes, me animou bastante, me fez lembrar de “Os Intócaveis” um dos meus filmes preferidos, dirigido por Brian De Palma.  Nele um agende federal e um policial aposentado se juntam para montar a equipe in</span>corruptível<span style="font-family: inherit;"> contra um dos maiores </span><i>gangster's</i><span style="font-family: inherit;"> dos Estados Unidos: Al Capone. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</span></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</span></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</span></div>

<div style="text-align: right;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">The Killing Joke – Alan Moore</span></div>
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i style="font-family: inherit;">The Last Laugh</i><span style="font-family: inherit;"> realmente me deu muito o que pensar. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Ha, ha, ha!”</i> The Killing Joke</span></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj5gETwmtakyDPoY2-hRLjABZULcxwQ3X9qYw0mOOzhABc57U6n4XvUXW08gkUxwqtHFBdybIGU_d0FVWuTyxuzinScFZ9v6HYDSSF5Y-hjkUpQLr91y3XoglZOT6t3qsyLNc5K9GYJg0Q/s1600/03-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="205" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj5gETwmtakyDPoY2-hRLjABZULcxwQ3X9qYw0mOOzhABc57U6n4XvUXW08gkUxwqtHFBdybIGU_d0FVWuTyxuzinScFZ9v6HYDSSF5Y-hjkUpQLr91y3XoglZOT6t3qsyLNc5K9GYJg0Q/s400/03-2.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;"><b>ATENÇÃO: CONTÉM
SPOILERS </b><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">A <i>season
premiere</i> da semana passada movimentou a série para melhor. Bruce descobre a “caverna”
secreta de seu pai, Gordon foi tanto demitido quanto reintegrado a <i>GCPD</i>, o mais
novo vilão do pedaço Theo Galavan libertou vários internos de Arkham e Sarah
Essen é admitida como a nova comissária da <i>GCDP</i>, graças ao pinguim, um novo dia
chega à Gotham (ou assim esperamos). <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">As coisas
GCPD</i>. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Ainda é incerto o
destino de Jerome e Barbara...  Eu,
<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFKPLFtXlhZmXXRzh3hcdSmGqN2RtDFleFWcopCLl1e_I0rFGKG2wublBPMGzDuZDMHYVVZVUvYIExvZYH0-mtW9FsdRfgx9IwrQTrX-isgICbPoHcPg47_mDRE4lqbqDq3yyBz8Z3RrY/s1600/maxresdefault2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFKPLFtXlhZmXXRzh3hcdSmGqN2RtDFleFWcopCLl1e_I0rFGKG2wublBPMGzDuZDMHYVVZVUvYIExvZYH0-mtW9FsdRfgx9IwrQTrX-isgICbPoHcPg47_mDRE4lqbqDq3yyBz8Z3RrY/s1600/maxresdefault2.jpg" /></a></div>
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Mas o espírito
Mark Hamil e Heath Ledger. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">E quem teve a
Shameless US,  sabe sobre o incrivel
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Mas
Gotham. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">A cena do
<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjniX4JossEIGY12RNksNsUe-yIghal4RrlBu906VnT1jwwE0LEtEVk1RgtOR19VHlFLT8Pk0zuu3zPjuzoWLddiHE03QIp7LmC1U_3TqdaFZofZ7NyKzGkVaWNLocYoYd7__ZvVz50Lxw/s1600/gotham_sc5_085_hires12.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjniX4JossEIGY12RNksNsUe-yIghal4RrlBu906VnT1jwwE0LEtEVk1RgtOR19VHlFLT8Pk0zuu3zPjuzoWLddiHE03QIp7LmC1U_3TqdaFZofZ7NyKzGkVaWNLocYoYd7__ZvVz50Lxw/s1600/gotham_sc5_085_hires12.jpg" /></a></div>
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
E sim, o massacre da <i>GCPD</i> foi grande o
<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Na minha opinião
interessante no primeiro episódio acabou perdendo o brilho.
</span><br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzeMOpxsaKreNDAQ2jMTAYbeXPO7M08WTr_3puoXRtL1nNHWlwZy939UnuVik0w203sbGYAxdnzxZelfgfO8bfJPlcwT2v4FMFEroHMs0v_7_sAMxf29lO24WRgDrMUwsVaP8qtje8P6g/s1600/new-gotham-trailer-focuses-on-the-maniax-villain-t_nk2d.19202.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhzeMOpxsaKreNDAQ2jMTAYbeXPO7M08WTr_3puoXRtL1nNHWlwZy939UnuVik0w203sbGYAxdnzxZelfgfO8bfJPlcwT2v4FMFEroHMs0v_7_sAMxf29lO24WRgDrMUwsVaP8qtje8P6g/s1600/new-gotham-trailer-focuses-on-the-maniax-villain-t_nk2d.19202.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Em vez disso,
<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<br /></div>
<div style="line-height: 15.6pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 10.2pt; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Pelo
</span><o:p></o:p></span></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<span style="text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Apesar
emprego de volta e manter Loeb afastado da <i>GCPD</i>, demonstrando o quão importante

<span style="text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Os
personagens de Theo Galavan (<i>James Frain</i>) e sua irmã Thabita (<i>Jessica Lucas</i>) também
Ambos sequestram alguns
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<span style="text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
explodir a bagaça toda!<span style="font-size: 13.5pt;"> </span></span></span></div>

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<span style="text-indent: 35.4pt;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">Eu
finais do episódio.</span></span></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiE-6k68acO4khVJchLrreYcl2IAzkzQAU27Nl9zh4I0jE3Bthh2TQijtycJbOWsgKWMfDqsj3eluJce5A4BryoAlGrPyTRc9-fpuUWP8MrKEsqh3j-yPnl9RrJmpLOCY7f0awNFwNaMno/s1600/GOTHAM+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiE-6k68acO4khVJchLrreYcl2IAzkzQAU27Nl9zh4I0jE3Bthh2TQijtycJbOWsgKWMfDqsj3eluJce5A4BryoAlGrPyTRc9-fpuUWP8MrKEsqh3j-yPnl9RrJmpLOCY7f0awNFwNaMno/s1600/GOTHAM+2.jpg" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div class="MsoNormal">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<div style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.75pt; vertical-align: baseline;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
do Coringa. É esperar para ver. <o:p></o:p></div>
</div>
<div style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; vertical-align: baseline;">

<b>CONTÉM SPOILERS</b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFrHvmfXFD46_wz8mkShpkWy4Ts1fnoRba3FqVTWvEjo5JQaKfKeKsxAHvf-fRiBhKc3hgIdq6c-6gAdhz2yIybSEWaETGzrQezyXhJL6rbHrD1uTB4jciyKo59Qbg9iTXiDnZ15MYN_8/s1600/review+gotham.gif" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjFrHvmfXFD46_wz8mkShpkWy4Ts1fnoRba3FqVTWvEjo5JQaKfKeKsxAHvf-fRiBhKc3hgIdq6c-6gAdhz2yIybSEWaETGzrQezyXhJL6rbHrD1uTB4jciyKo59Qbg9iTXiDnZ15MYN_8/s1600/review+gotham.gif" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
</div>
